Refund/Exchange Policy

​Our online retail stores offer a 7-days money-back guarantee on purchases made directly from us. You will receive a full refund of your subscription price if you meet all the requirements outlined in this Cancellation and Refund Policy within 7 days of the date of purchase.  

Requesting for Product Replace/Exchange.

​Replacements or exchanges will only be processed if the product key is damaged, the product is not compatible with your device, or if installation errors occur. If you encounter an error message, please provide us with a screenshot so we can resolve it.

Requesting a Cancellation and Refund from Us.​

​Please send us your refund request to ​contact@thekaycart.com within 7-days of the purchase date and include the following information.

  • E-mail Address*
  • Phone Number
  • Company name (if applicable)
  • Date of purchase*
  • Order-confirmation number or order confirmation e-mail which you received from The Key Cart*
  • The specific reason for requesting a refund*

 

​Upon receipt of the above information. After your refund request has been approved, the refund amount will be processed immediately, and an email confirmation will be sent. Within 7-10 working days, your original payment method will be automatically credited with the refund.

 

Please check your bank account again if you haven’t received your refund after 10 days of processing your request. Otherwise, you can contact your bank.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

  • If you request within 7 days of the date of purchase·
  • Only if the product is defective, not functioning, not compatible with the computer hardware or the operating system or for other valid reasons.·
  • If ​Softsaint Enterprise/The Key Cart. is unable to resolve/fulfil or satisfy your reasons for requesting a refund.
